EW&A System Support UARC Management Office for the GTRI UARC Contract

Order owners can apply incremental funding for tasks that fall within the order scope. The EW&A Technical Monitors accept incremental funding and submit it through the COR to the contracting agency. EW&A Technical Monitors also require a summary of the requirements, deliverables and period of performance associated with the funding increment. A DD 1144 project agreement may also be required if the source of funding is new to the  order. The funding increment will be awarded as a modification to the active  Order without proposal from GTRI. An estimate of the time required to issue the modification is within 3-4 weeks.
